Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and creative Designer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, digital design or marketing design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across digital and print marketing assets.

The role requires strong creative judgment, attention to detail and the ability to translate briefs, campaign requirements and copy inputs into visually compelling designs. You will work closely with copywriters, marketing, performance marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop high-quality creative assets across multiple channels and formats.

Core Responsibilities

* Design creative assets for performance marketing, social media, email campaigns, landing pages, brochures, flyers, presentations, event collaterals, out-of-home formats, short videos and other marketing initiatives.

* Interpret creative briefs, campaign objectives, copy inputs and stakeholder feedback to develop effective and engaging design solutions.

* Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing teams, performance marketing teams and internal stakeholders to create assets aligned with campaign objectives.

* Develop designs that consistently follow established brand guidelines, visual identity systems, templates and design SOPs.

* Apply strong design judgment across layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, colour, composition and visual storytelling.

* Adapt and resize creative assets across different platforms, formats, dimensions and campaign requirements while maintaining design consistency.

* Ensure high-quality execution and maintain strong quality assurance across all design deliverables, including alignment, spacing, readability, consistency and final file accuracy.

* Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery within agreed timelines.

* Take ownership of assigned deliverables, revisions and final artwork/files.

* Incorporate feedback efficiently and make necessary revisions while maintaining the overall creative direction and quality.

* Stay updated with emerging design trends, digital formats, performance creative practices and relevant design tools.

* Contribute to improving design processes, templates and creative workflows where required.

Ideal Skills & Expertise

* 7-8 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, digital design, marketing design or a related field.

* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, social media, email, performance marketing, presentations, out-of-home and other marketing communication formats.

* Bachelors degree in Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge gained through education, training and professional experience.

* Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, customer/user experience and marketing communication.

* Ability to communicate complex information through clear, compelling and visually engaging designs.

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.

* Working knowledge of motion graphics and short-form video design.

* Knowledge of Figma and Adobe XD will be an added advantage.

* Strong understanding of layout, typography, hierarchy, imagery, colour theory, composition, visual balance and format adaptation.

* Ability to work within brand guidelines, visual identity systems, templates and design SOPs across multiple projects.

* Strong quality assurance and attention to detail, particularly with alignment, spacing, readability, consistency and final file accuracy.

* Familiarity with agile/project management tools such as Wrike, Trello or Jira.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

* Ability to understand creative briefs, interpret feedback and deliver revised designs efficiently.

* Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with creative, copy, marketing, performance and cross-functional teams.

* Strong time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
