Description

• Develop and execute innovative designs, focusing on loungewear and outerwear categories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design concepts with market trends and business goals.
• Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and apply them effectively in designs.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final production.
• Ensure designs meet quality standards and align with brand identity.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Prepare and present design concepts and collections to stakeholders.

Profile

• A degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Expertise in ready-to-wear, lingerie, loungewear, and/or outerwear categories.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Good command of English.
• Strong experience specifically in loungewear and outerwear design.
• Ability to manage a design team and oversee the creative process effectively.
• Excellent understanding of current fashion trends and market demands.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
