Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design engaging instructional materials for e-learning courses, including storyboards, scripts, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality product documentation that meets customer needs.
• Develop technical writing documents such as user manuals, guides, and release notes using tools like Addie or similar platforms.
• Create interactive simulations and games to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in Instructional Design or related field (e.g., Technical Writing).
• Strong understanding of AI solutions applied to education/training industries.
• Proficiency in creating engaging multimedia content using various authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) or similar platforms.
