Role Overview As a Designer at MotusOne, you will bring creative vision and innovation to our projects. As part of our team in MotusOne, you'll work in a HYBRID environment that fosters both in-person collaboration and flexibility. This is an exciting opportunity to influence dynamic campaigns and key client initiatives within a supportive and energetic setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop compelling design concepts and visual assets for digital and print campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, strategy, and production to deliver impactful creative solutions.
• Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must Have Requirements

• UAE NATIONAL status (mandatory).
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects and design skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Nice To Have Requirements

• Previous experience working on the agency side, especially in marketing environments.
• Animation or motion graphics skills.
• UI/UX design experience.
• Knowledge of web and social media best practices.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or similar.
