Job Title: Designer

PRNEEL Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Designer / Technical Illustrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings, 3D models, manufacturing blueprints, and engaging visual layouts/displays (such as factory branding, large-scale structural banners, and promotional materials). The ideal candidate combines strong mechanical design skills with graphic visualization capabilities to support both our manufacturing operations and marketing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical & CAD Design: Develop precise 2D/3D mechanical drawings, component designs, and assembly blueprints for manufacturing processes using industry-standard CAD software.
• Visual & Structural Layouts: Design large-scale visual displays, structural framing layouts, factory banners, and promotional graphics with accurate dimensional scaling.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, production, and fabrication teams to ensure designs meet exact technical specifications, material constraints, and safety standards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate design records, revision histories, and technical specification sheets for ongoing manufacturing projects.
• Quality Control: Review technical outputs and visual layouts for accuracy, alignment, and adherence to company branding and project requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fine Arts/Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in technical drafting, mechanical design, or industrial graphic layout (freshers with exceptional CAD/design portfolios are also welcome to apply).
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in CAD tools (such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360) and graphic design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW).
• Attention to Detail: Excellent spatial awareness and precision in handling complex measurements, dimensions, and structural layouts.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with workshop floors and management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
