About the role

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team at HR Consultant. This is a full-time position based in Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative interior design solutions that meet client requirements and enhance user experiences. This position is integral to our design operations and directly contributes to the success of our projects and client satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualising and developing interior design concepts and layouts that align with client briefs and project objectives
• Creating detailed design drawings, mood boards, and visual presentations for client review and approval
• Conducting space planning and utilising design software to produce technical drawings and specifications
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints
• Sourcing materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that complement design concepts and meet quality standards
• Managing multiple design projects simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Staying current with interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices
• Preparing project proposals, cost estimates, and timelines for client presentations

What we're looking for

• Formal qualification in Interior Design or a related design discipline
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programmes
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous interior design projects and creative capabilities
• Excellent visual communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders
• Knowledge of interior design principles, colour theory, spatial planning, and building codes
• Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and budgets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality design solutions
• Previous experience in interior design or a design-related role is highly desirable
• Familiarity with sustainable and eco-friendly design practices is advantageous
