What they need
QUALIFICATIONS:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
✅ Minimum 1-3 years' experience in TELECOM infrastructure design, industrial layout, or mining/logistics projects
✅ Strong proficiency and advanced knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Earth, and technical drawing tools
✅ Able to read and interpret civil, electrical, and mechanical drawings
✅ Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work under tight deadlines
✅ Familiarity with copper cable handling, storage, and material processing workflows is a plus
✅ Experience designing radio communication, structured cabling, and industrial site systems is a plus
