• Participates in both new business pitches and ongoing client work, contributing to concept development, visual exploration, presentation, design and the execution of approved creative directions across deliverables
• Works with the creative team to learn about art direction of photography and illustration
• Conducts searches for potential resources for photography/illustration assignments
• Learns our processes for translating information architecture and schematics into design while evolving design principles, standards, and best practices
• Demonstrates competent execution of innovative and effective visual communications across different platforms; proficiently uses up-to-date design tools and ensures all visual outputs adhere to relevant brand guidelines
• Designs and executes visual materials for social content, websites, presentations, signage, infographics, campaigns and other integrated communications; supports storyboard, video or simple motion requirements when needed, but these are not the primary focus of the role
• Translates creative direction from ECD and CD into well-crafted, production-ready designs, and follows projects through from pitch concept to final execution
• Builds and Maintains rapport with creative team personnel, account managers and project managers

• Actively supports new business and organic growth opportunities, including research, creative ideation, visual development, pitch deck design, presentation support and post-pitch execution

• Brings a solution focused approach and agility to all tasks to support the making of great work

Qualifications

• 0-3 years relevant working experience
• Creative and artistic presentation skills; the ability to think visually and collaborate with other creative team members
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign; familiar with relevant AIGC tools and able to apply them effectively to concept development, visual exploration, content creation and workflow efficiency
• Methodical with an eye of detail
• Organized and able to prioritize work to meet deadlines Patient and flexible
• Good communication skills
• Mandarin Chinese and English skills.
