What they need
7+ years of professional experience in digital design, advertising, or creative agency environments, with at least 2–3 years in a team lead or managerial role.
Advanced expertise in graphic and motion execution, and capable of integrating AI design tools into the creative workflow.
Proven leadership, people management, and client presentation skills.
Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual aesthetics, typography, key visuals, and storytelling.
Strong strategic mindset, problem-solving ability, high attention to detail, and works well with others.
Nice to have
Solid background in UI/UX principles, design architecture, or interactive digital experiences.
Experience in pitch winning and creative pitch presentations.
Strong track record of establishing and scaling complex Design Systems.
