What they need
Want to design and improve Fort Wayne's water systems while working part-time?
What You'll Do:
- Collect, analyze, and verify project data for water system improvements
- Draft construction plans using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other design software
- Assist with planning, design, and construction engineering projects under supervision
- Manage project documentation and PMIS records, including permits and easement acquisition
- Coordinate with City staff and Capital Project Services to resolve project issues
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- Knowledge of hydraulics, hydrology, and engineering design principles
- Strong computer skills, including drafting and spreadsheet software
- Valid Indiana Driver's License
