Designer Supervisor

A Design Supervisor for FiberHome's FTTH (Fiber to the Home) projects leads outside plant (OSP) surveying, network architecture design, and team coordination to deliver telecommunications infrastructure.

• Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and mentor design engineers and field survey teams to meet project deliverables.
• Design & Network Planning: Oversee OSP infrastructure design, route planning, fiber cable sizing, and equipment placement (including High-Level Design / HLD and Low-Level Design / LLD).
• Quality & Compliance: Review and approve design outputs, ensuring compliance with telecommunications standards and client requirements (such as PLDT or Globe specifications).
• Project Tracking & Documentation: Manage Ready-for-Inspection/Acceptance (RTA) activities, creation of Bill of Materials / Bill of Quantities (BOM/BOQ), and As-Built plans.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, contractors, project managers, and internal departments to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering (BS-ECE), Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field (Licensed Engineer is often an advantage).
• Experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in telecommunications design, OSP network deployment, or FTTH/FTTX projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Google Earth, GIS tools, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel for BOQ creation).
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stress tolerance under fast-paced project timelines.

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
