Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop molds, dies, jigs, and fixtures for new products and tooling improvements.
- Convert product requirements into practical, high-performance tooling solutions.
- Create accurate 2D/3D CAD designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Project, Production, QA, Engineering, and R&D teams to deliver projects on time and to quality standards.
- Drive tooling optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with external toolmakers and suppliers on design feasibility and technical solutions.
- Support new toolroom setup projects, mold trials, validation activities, and production launches.
- Ensure compliance with quality systems, ISO standards, and engineering best practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
