- Memahami proses desain sablon, bordir, dan printing garment
- Kreatif, inovatif, mengikuti tren fashion/desain terkini
- Menguasai fitting sample & analisa masalah garment
Uraian Kerja :
- Membuat Desain untuk kebutuhan buyer sesuai target
- Berkoordinasi dengan bagian tertentu, merchandising, sample/tecnical, terkait bahan & pengaplikasian
- Mengikuti perkembangan tren desain terbaru
- R & D
