Designer Wheel Engineering

Designer, Wheel Engineering | RONAL GROUP

We are looking for a Designer to support the technical development of light alloy wheels and accessories for leading automotive manufacturers, working closely with international engineering and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models and 2D technical drawings according to customer requirements.
• Configure, calculate and simulate wheel designs to optimize technical performance.
• Improve existing designs and implement engineering modifications.
• Manage and maintain product data in the PLM system.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers and international production teams.
• Support the preparation of technical guidelines and instruction manuals.

Qualifications and Technical Skills

• Technical qualification in design engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Solid experience with Siemens NX or CATIA V5.
• Experience in freeform surface modeling using Alias or ICEM is preferred.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD, strong spatial reasoning and the ability to understand complex technical requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, planning and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment, with a strong focus on quality.
