Designer/CAD Admin

• Guide Engineers and Designers to produce plot plan, conceptual pipe routing, piping layout, equipment layout, Piping  Material Specification, ISOs, pipe cross section, pipe rack loading, Stress report, MTO, piping vendor document review etc.
• Provide planning and direction for Design Team in project specific tasks.
• Prepare As-built drawings for submissions
• Support local and international team in CAD related topics, such as Project setup,
• Pipe Class and Catalogue component generation for AutoCAD Plant 3D and other software if needed.
• Provide technical CAD support and troubleshoot user issues within CAD software
• Assist and support on new implementation for CAD topics.
• Write and maintain Standard Procedures, guidelines, and best practices for CAD execution
• Train CAD team members on basic operations and new software features
• Maintain CAD model integrity, version control, and drawing quality assurance across projects
• Assist and support new CAD implementations, upgrades, and rollout activities

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Engineering in relevant MEP (mechanical, electrical and piping/plumbing) related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in design & engineering of process plants is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD (Plant3d & Spec Editor, SQLite, Revit, Advanced Steel would be advantage).
• Coordination and alignment with structural drawings. Understand and clarify client requirements.
• Good sketching skills and ability to communicate thoughts and technical ideas concisely.
• Adhere to all company OHS policy and procedures.
