Puran Interiors is looking for an enthusiastic Design Advisor to join our team in Bengaluru!

Design Advisor

Location: Near Silk Board, HSR Layout, Bengaluru 560102

Employment: Full-Time

Experience: 02 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field

What You'll Do

• Make initial calls to leads and understand their requirements, preferences, budget, and project expectations.
• Build a strong understanding of the client's lifestyle, needs, and design preferences.
• Conduct physical and virtual meetings at the Experience Centre with prospective clients.
• Provide interior design consultation and recommend suitable design concepts, materials, finishes, colours, furniture, and lighting.
• Prepare mood boards, design references, presentations, and quotations based on client requirements.
• Present design proposals and quotations clearly and professionally to clients.
• Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and follow-ups throughout the sales process.
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOMs) and maintain accurate records of client discussions and requirements.
• Coordinate with the internal design team to ensure client requirements are understood before project sign-up.
• Conduct site visits when required to understand the project and provide relevant inputs to the client and internal team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and support the conversion of leads into signed projects.
• Maintain a professional and positive client experience throughout the consultation and sales journey.

Confident in communicating with clients
Passionate about interiors & design
Creative and solution-oriented
Comfortable with sales & follow-ups
A fresher or have up to 2 years of experience
