- Melakukan penagihan melalui telepon kepada nasabah yang memiliki kewajiban pembayaran.
- Menghubungi dan mengingatkan nasabah terkait pembayaran sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku.
- Melakukan follow up pembayaran dan mencatat hasil komunikasi dengan nasabah ke dalam sistem.
- Mencapai target penagihan yang telah ditentukan perusahaan.
- Menangani pertanyaan atau kendala nasabah terkait proses pembayaran.
- Memastikan seluruh aktivitas penagihan dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP dan ketentuan perusahaan.
- Melakukan pekerjaan administratif yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas penagihan.
