Desk Expediting

Documentation status reviews and expedite submission of deliverables by vendor & review/approval by engineering.

• Review vendor schedule is detail to ensure that delivery/fabrication priorities are being met
• Regular monitoring of the vendor works progress / sub vendor work progress. Identify slippages/issues and escalate for timely intervention.
• Prepare and circulate the Desk Expediting report, issue register.
• Expedite for submission of Final documentation.

  * Regular monitoring of the vendor works progress / sub vendor work progress. Identify slippages/issues and escalate for timely intervention.
  * Prepare and circulate the Desk Expediting report, issue register.
  * Expedite for submission of Final documentation.
• Review of Material Requisition/RFQ for quality parameters, Inspection & Test Plan (ITP), manufacturing and test procedures, Inspection reports issued by TPIA and verify compliance to PO/MR
• Clarify any technical query or deviation request from Vendors at prePO or post PO stage
• Assign TPIA for inspections, Review CV of Third-Party Inspectors/surveyors, and monitor performance of TPIA surveyors.
• Attend Kick off meeting and/or Pre-Inspection Meetings, Perform virtual or on-site inspections and random quality audits at Vendors works
• Review IRN issued by TPIA and other supporting document (e.g., Material Test Certificates, Inspection & test reports etc) and issue final SQS clearance prior to dispatch.
• Review Non-Compliance Reports/Concession Requests issued by Vendors and/or TPIA and propose resolution.
• Coordinate with all stakeholders for resolution of any complaints from site.
