Mengingatkan customer terkait pembayaran via telepon dan WA berdasarkan database yang diberikan perusahaan
Memastikan pelanggan yang membayar tagihan tepat waktu
Mencapai target harian dan bulanan
Membuat laporan hasil kinerja
KUALIFIKASI:
Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat
Memiliki pengalaman deskcall minimal 1 tahun
Memiliki laptop / komputer
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Rajin, disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemauan tinggi untuk mencapai target
Bersedia bekerja secara FULL TIME WFH, waktu kerja: Senin - Sabtu & Tanggal Merah (kerja di rumah dan full online)
