What they need
Key Responsibilities – Deskside Engineer Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, mobility devices, and iMac-related activities. Support technology refresh projects, device deployments, and end-user device replacements. Resolve incidents and fulfill service requests in line with defined service delivery processes. Manage IT assets, including inventory control, lifecycle updates, custody documentation, delivery, and recovery activities. Provide VIP support and end-user workplace support as required. Perform onsite technical support activities and scheduled visits. Follow client security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
The engineer should be ok to travel between hub (Gernsheim) to spoke locations which may result in driving 1500 km per month.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 2.900,00€ per month
Work Location: On the road
