Deskside Support Engineer

An employer is seeking a Deskside Support Engineer to provide essential IT support.

The Role

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 deskside end-user support, including imaging, deployment, and asset management.
• Act as a key point of escalation for advanced IT troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Manage mass imaging pipelines, high-volume onboarding preparations, and equipment moves.
• Perform and oversee IMAC procedures and lifecycle refresh activities across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with Tier 3 teams to resolve complex environmental issues affecting laptops and desktops.

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma and 7+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
• Experience supporting Active Directory, MS Office Suite, Google Workspace for Enterprise, and various networking and collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in advanced troubleshooting and diagnostics for hardware, software, and network issues.
• HDI Technical Support Professional certification required within six (6) months of employment.
