What they need
Responsibilities:
- Provide helpdesk and remote IT support for Windows (Desktop, Laptop), Mobile Device, Printing, Video Conference, Networking, MS Application such as O365, Outlook etc.
- Assist in managing hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record.
- Perform software and hardware troubleshooting, installation, configuration, upgrade, relocation.
Requirements:
- Certificate or above in information technology or equivalent.
- Passionate in IT field, keeping IT knowledge up to date.
- Experience in ticketing system (ServiceNow) and VIP support is a plus.
- Knowledge in ITIL is an advantage
- Immediate available is highly prefer.
