Deskside Support Engineer (Technical Support)

• Deliver technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and related equipment
• Perform hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs
• Manage IT assets, including inventory control, asset labeling, and documentation
• Respond to support requests and service tickets in a timely manner while ensuring a high level of user satisfaction
• Provide end-user training and guidance on hardware usage and IT best practices
• AL: 10 days

Qualification:

• Experience as a Deskside Support Engineer, IT Support Technician, Technical Support Engineer, or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, and related devices
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving hardware issues
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
• Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
