Deskside Support (Level 1 & 2)

Opportunity Knocks:

We are currently recruiting a Deskside Support Engineer to join our client's IT support team within a large, fast-paced organisation.

About the Role:

Based primarily in a walk-up support area, you will provide face-to-face technical assistance to staff across the organisation. We're looking for someone who can confidently engage with users, diagnose technical problems and resolve a broad range of Level 1 and Level 2 support issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Windows and general desktop support
• Diagnosing issues with laptops, desktops, docking stations and other peripherals
• Supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams
• Resolving user account, login and access-related issues
• Logging and managing incidents and service requests in ServiceNow
• Keeping users informed throughout the support process

About You:

You will bring hands-on Level 1 and Level 2 IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach. You'll be confident working directly with users and able to provide clear, professional support in a busy environment.

Previous experience in the healthcare sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
