🔎 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞

BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Deskside Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support at our client site in Barcelona, Spain. This is a full-time schedule visit onsite position requiring strong troubleshooting skills and excellent end-user support.

🛠 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user technical support

• Troubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, and application issues

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals

• Set up and deploy laptops/desktops for users

• Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive

• Perform basic Active Directory tasks, including password resets and user account support

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic connectivity issues

• Provide break-fix support for hardware and software issues

• Support meeting room equipment and video conferencing systems

• Maintain IT asset inventory and hardware documentation

• Log and update incidents and service requests using IT ticketing tools

• Follow SLA requirements and provide professional end-user support

• Assist with IT rollouts, upgrades, migrations, and other onsite projects

✅ 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

• Currently residing in Spain with valid authorization to work

• Relevant years of proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Deskside Support

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking

• Experience with Active Directory and IT ticketing systems

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills

• Ability to work independently at the client site

• Spanish language skills are required—please mention your level when applying
