Deskside Support Tech II - Overnight Shift

Location: Goodyear, AZ

Compensation: $30/hour W2

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7pm - 5am

Join our client's dynamic team as a Deskside Support Tech where your technical expertise will be pivotal in ensuring seamless IT operations within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, support end users, and contribute to maintaining state-of-the-art infrastructure during night shifts, Monday through Friday.

Required Skills

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve Tier 2 and 3 escalated technical issues
• Proficiency with ITSM ticketing systems for workload management
• Expertise in diagnosing hardware, software, and networking problems on laptops, PCs, thin clients, and mobile devices
• Skilled in using SCCM, Active Directory, and diagnostic/ remediation utilities
• Experience supporting and training end users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook
• Minimum of 1 year supporting end-user equipment and telephony devices

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience building, deploying, and troubleshooting desktop computers in a warehouse setting
• Additional certifications in IT support or networking
• Knowledge of warehouse operational workflows

Preferred Education And Experience

• Associate’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or vocational training in a technical field
• At least 3 years of experience supporting end-use equipment in a warehouse environment
