Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Desktop and System Network Support Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in desktop support, system administration, and network troubleshooting. Immediate joiners are preferred/required to provide timely IT support and ensure the smooth operation of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and application-related issues.
• Provide technical support to end users and resolve IT helpdesk tickets.
• Support Windows Server, Active Directory, user accounts, and access permissions.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity issues.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting involving TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Assist with Microsoft 365, email configuration, antivirus, and security updates.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and document technical issues and resolutions.
• Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, and data backup checks.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff or external service providers.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, or Network Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and computer hardware.
• Basic knowledge of networking, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Good troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to provide timely and effective technical support.
