Desktop Consultant - Immediate start

We are looking for a self-starting, experienced Desktop Technical Support Officer who will possess the following experience:

Essential experience:

• Proven experience in a Service Desk environment resolving level 1 & 2 issues
• Deployment of laptops - reimaging.
• Working in a large enterprise environment supporting customers over the phone
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving experience across the Microsoft technology stack
• A proactive nature, an enthusiastic attitude and a genuine desire to help people;

Technologies:

• Windows XP/7/8/10
• Active Directory - account administration
• Patching / basic cisco skills
• Microsoft Office2003-2010;
• SCCM
• Intune
• MS Exchange;
• MS Systems Centre;
• Hardware, Printers and peripherals.
• DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
