What they need
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, Technical Support, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS, hardware, software installation, and troubleshooting.
- Experienced in troubleshooting PC/laptop, printer, network, and peripheral devices.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 and basic IT support tools.
- Understanding of basic LAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Able to perform hardware and software maintenance and handle IT-related incidents.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to work onsite and provide direct support to end users
