Desktop Engineer – Mandarin Speaking

We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Desktop Engineer to provide onsite IT support to end users at client premises. The successful candidate must be proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with users and resolve technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide onsite desktop and end-user IT support.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

• Support Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and standard business applications.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.

• Assist users with account access, password resets, and IT-related requests.

• Log, track, and resolve incidents within agreed service levels.

• Coordinate with remote technical teams for escalated issues.

• Maintain IT asset records and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• Mandarin-speaking ability is mandatory.

• Previous experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk support.

• Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and computer hardware.

• Basic networking and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to work full-time at client premises.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
