What they need
Location: Islandwide
Pay: Up to $3,900 basic + bonus
Duration: 1 year contract (renewable)
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, office hours
Responsibilities:
- Provided end-user desktop support and troubleshooting services
- Managed incoming support requests, prioritized and documented issues, and resolved incidents or escalated them as needed to ensure timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements
- Conducted system imaging and re-imaging of workstations
- Maintained accurate records of IT assets and inventory
- Coordinated technical escalations with third-party vendors or specialized support teams when required
- Updated and maintained incident and support logs
Requirements:
- Minimally Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology
- Preferably with at least 1 years of relevant hands-on Desktop Support experience
