Job highlights

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune MAM with knowledge of iOS, Android, Windows platforms and conditional access policies

• Act as primary contact for Intune MAM/MDM issues, configure and manage policies, deploy and maintain mobile apps, collaborate with IT and security teams, troubleshoot and ensure compliance

• Act as the primary point of contact for Intune MAM and MDM related queries and issues

• Stay updated with the latest developments in Intune MAM and related technologies

• Collaborate with other IT teams including network and security teams to ensure integrated and secure mobile device management

• Configure and manage Intune MAM policies for various mobile platforms iOS Android Windows

• Ensure that mobile applications are deployed updated and maintained according to company policies

• Implement and manage conditional access policies in conjunction with MAM to secure mobile devices and applications

• Deploy and manage mobile applications via Intune to ensure seamless user experience

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile application deployment and management

• Provide support for end users experiencing issues with MAM enforced applications

• Work closely with the security team to ensure that MAM policies comply with organizational security standards

• Monitor and report on the compliance status of mobile devices and applications

• Implement and enforce data protection policies for mobile applications including encryption data loss prevention and app protection policies

• Proven experience in managing Microsoft Intune specifically in MAM (Mobile Application Management)

• Strong understanding of mobile device platforms iOS Android Windows and their management

• Experience with configuring and managing conditional access and app protection policies

• Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards related to mobile device management

• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Microsoft Certified Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals or similar certificationsRole & responsibilities
