Job Summary

1-4 years of DTP experience, preferably in publishing, printing or educational content. Strong MS Word skills (Mandatory) with working knowledge of basic AI and desining. Good Hindi & English typing skills, with knowledge of diagram and formatting. Basic knowledge of page layout, and page formatting with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage deadlines and deliver accurate, high-quality work. Graduation or DTP/Graphic Design certification is preferred. Design and format educational books and study materials including notes, question papers, tables, diagrams and equations in Hindi and English. Prepare accurate, print-ready files with proper fonts, spacing, alignment, margins, styles and page numbering. Check and correct layouts to maintain quality and consistency before final printing. Coordinate with editors, designers, proofreaders and the printing team to complete work smoothly. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented DTP Operator who can handle the complete book formatting and page-setting process. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Hindi & English content, educational books, tables, diagrams, equations and print-ready files. You should have strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and be able to deliver accurate, well-formatted work within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Design and format educational books and study materials including notes, question papers, tables, diagrams and equations in Hindi and English.

• Prepare accurate, print-ready files with proper fonts, spacing, alignment, margins, styles and page numbering.

• Check and correct layouts to maintain quality and consistency before final printing.
