Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to work onsite in Irving, TX and providing hybrid of onsite and remote support. This individual will be responsible for providing troubleshooting support on Windows and Mac devices, computer imaging and set up, and supporting issues like technical set ups, login issues, ID verification issues, software installations, etc. This resource will work fully onsite in their Irving office, and must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure positive customer service support is provided.
