Job Description

We are looking for a Deskside Services Analyst to provide technical support for desktop computers, hardware, software, network equipment, and other IT devices. The candidate will troubleshoot technical issues, assist end users, and maintain IT systems and warehouse devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop, hardware, software, and basic network support.
• Troubleshoot PC, server, printer, and application issues.
• Install, configure, and deploy computers and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, Active Directory, and virtual desktop applications.
• Maintain warehouse devices, including printers, RF units, and terminals.
• Monitor on-site IT systems and network equipment.
• Provide remote technical support to other locations and employees.
• Coordinate with external vendors for technical support.
• Assist with end-user training and maintain technical documentation.
• Track spare IT equipment and electronic waste inventory.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; an associate degree or technical qualification is preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT support or deskside support.
• Basic knowledge of desktop hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Active Directory.
• Working knowledge of Lotus Notes and LANDesk technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple support requests and work independently.
