This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, professionalism, discretion, and exceptional client service skills to support a fast-paced, high-demand financial services environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a trusted technology partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless operation of all technology solutions that support critical business activities, investor interactions, trading, meetings, and travel. You will proactively identify opportunities to enhance the executive technology experience, minimize disruptions, and drive adoption of new technologies through personalized support and training.
A key focus of this role is building strong relationships with VIP users, understanding their unique workflows, anticipating technology needs, and delivering a best-in-class support experience through rapid issue resolution, proactive communication, and continuous service improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver white-glove, concierge-level technical support to senior executives, executive assistants, and other VIP users in both office and remote environments.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, repair, configuration, and deployment support for Windows devices, Office 365 applications, mobile devices (iPhone/iPad), conferencing technologies, peripherals, and executive home-office setups.
- Proactively monitor and address executive technology issues before they impact productivity, maintaining the highest levels of service availability and user satisfaction.
- Develop a thorough understanding of executive workflows and identify proactive opportunities to improve efficiency through technology enhancements, automation, and alternative solutions.
- Drive adoption of AI, Copilot, and emerging technologies by delivering personalized training and technology enablement support for new applications, devices, collaboration tools, and firm-wide initiatives.
- Partner closely with Infrastructure, Networking, Security, Unified Communications, and Application Support teams to coordinate rapid resolution of escalated issues impacting VIP users.
- Act as a trusted liaison between executive stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring clear communication, proper prioritization, and timely follow-up on all issues.
- Support executive conference rooms, collaboration spaces, video conferencing platforms, and event technology to ensure flawless meeting experiences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when supporting executive offices, sensitive business activities, and confidential information.
- Utilize ServiceNow to document incidents, service requests, root-cause analysis, and client communications while ensuring adherence to service management processes and SLAs.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues, recommending service enhancements, and helping define best practices for executive support services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, senior leadership teams, or VIP users within financial services, private equity, investment banking, hedge funds, or similarly high-touch environments.
- Strong understanding of executive stakeholder management and white-glove service delivery.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 11, mobile device management, video conferencing platforms, and collaboration technologies.
- Exceptional communication, professionalism, and customer service skills.
- Competence to remain calm and effective under pressure while supporting time-sensitive and business-critical situations.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to work independently providing an exceptional end-user experience.
