Desktop Support

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and IT system issues.
• Provide technical support, including system configuration, patching, testing, and maintenance.
• Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with performance standards.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, servers, and IT peripherals.
• Conduct end-user training and coordinate with external vendors when required.
• Creates and updates work instructions
• Perform imaging/re-imaging.
• Perform technical escalation to 3rd party vendor or resolver groups
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine system checks to minimize downtime.

What We're Looking For

• Have at least a Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent in relevant discipline.
• Have at least 2+ years of experience desktop, laptops, mobile device, network, scanner, printer, or other peripherals support.
• Strong "can-do" attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Team player with a customer-focused mindset
