About the role

The role of the incumbent is to assist in overseeing and ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of IT services to meet the organization's operational needs and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting application, data cabling, systems administration in a variety of software and hardware environments
• Root cause analysis in problem solving and assistance in managing the daily activities of the department
• Running regular checks on network and data security
• Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization
• Designing training programs and workshops for staff
• Conducting regular system audits
• Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages
• Providing direction for IT team members

About you

• Bachelor's degree in computer application, BE / B. Tech, or Any Graduate
• 1 to 6+ years experience in IT Management with at least 1-2 years' experience as a team leader or in an IT department managerial role
• Comprehensive understanding of Network architecture and Client/server
• Extensive experience in the delivery of IT incident and problem management
• Experience with Mac, Linux and Windows platforms
• Cloud and VDI Infrastructure experience
