Desktop Support Engineer 1

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in-person visits for hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related problems, including configuring Outlook email clients and resolving printer issues.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex technical issues that require additional expertise or resources.
• Document all interactions with customers using our service desk ticketing system.

Job Requirements :

• 1-3 years of experience in desktop support or related field (e.g., IT services & consulting).
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and basic networking concepts.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose common desktop issues quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
