What they need
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Good hands-on experience with Desktop/Laptop troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP.
- Good understanding of LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN troubleshooting.
- Experience with MS Office, Outlook, Teams and other business applications.
- Knowledge of ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, BMC, Jira, etc.
- Good hardware and peripheral troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve L2 issues.
