Job Description / Skillset Requirements for End User Support:
Hardware and Software Installation, Diagnostics, Trouble Shooting of Laptops/
Desktops.
Experience of Windows 10 / Windows 11 OS Installation and Troubleshooting.
Office 365 configuration and troubleshooting
VPN / Anti Virus Etc.,
Any ticketing tool usage experience, Video Conference(VC) Room Support and
Troubleshooting.
Should be having good exposure on ITIL processes .(Incident/Service Request)
SLA awareness and his Types.
Very Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Candidates should be comfortable for 6 Days working
No Transport and Food will be provided by the Company
Remote support as well as Physical Support.
