What they need
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (OS) on Windows platforms.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating drivers, firmware, and BIOS settings.
Job Requirements :
- 0-3 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Outlook configuration, PC assembling, RAM installation, HDD replacement.
- Proficiency in motherboard troubleshooting and basic networking concepts.
