Key Responsibilities
Onsite and desk side end user support
Device deployment and IMAC activities
PC, laptop, printer and peripheral break fix support
Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365 support
Basic mobile device support
Ticket ownership and SLA compliant resolution
Support nearby sites when required
Provide backup onsite coverage
Maintain professional customer service standards
Required Experience
12–24 months Desktop / Workplace Support experience
Windows 10/11 knowledge
Microsoft Office / Office 365 knowledge
Hands on PC, laptop, printer and peripheral support
Basic mobile device support experience
