What they need
We are Currently hiring for Field Desktop Support engineer .
Responsibilities:
Handle daily technical support activities related to desktop support, Network issue and Window system.
Load/Reload standard build operating system configurations.
Installation troubleshooting of critical applications their usage guidelines.
Installation of anti-virus on desktops and remove virus.
Escalate the problem to the technical specialist to Team Leads if not resolved.
Experience in Desktop Troubleshooting with laptop-Field Support or On Call support.
OS-Installation, Configuration, troubleshooting, It helpdesk, remote support etc.
Should have experience in Desktop Supportor Computer hardware Networking and Laptop.
Requirements
Any Graduate
2-3 years of experience in IT Support
Ready to join within 10-15 days
Ready to support 24/7
