Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, printer, and network issues.
• Respond to and manage service desk/help desk tickets.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and software.
• Maintain IT documentation and assist with IT updates/upgrades.
• Support remote and on-site users.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in desktop support, service desk, or help desk.
• Knowledge of hardware, OS, networking, and common software applications.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
