What they need
Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office, and other applications.
- Handle user issues related to hardware, software, email, and network connectivity.
- Manage asset inventory and perform system upgrades.
- Support ticket resolution as per SLA and coordinate with internal teams/vendors when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of Desktop Support experience.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, Outlook, Office 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Good communication and customer support skills.
