Hiring: Desktop Support Engineer | Bangalore

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with strong experience in end-user support and IT infrastructure troubleshooting.

Key Skills Required:

• Microsoft 365 (O365) Administration & Support
• Active Directory (User Management, Group Policies, Password Resets)
• Remote Support Tools & Remote Connectivity Troubleshooting
• Windows OS Troubleshooting
• Hardware & Software Support
• User Account Management
• Incident & Service Request Management
• Basic Networking Knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Provide L1/L2 desktop support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network-related issues.
• Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Resolve issues through remote support tools and ensure timely closure of tickets.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams for escalations and issue resolution.
