🚨 WE’RE HIRING – 3x Desktop Support Engineers (L1)

We are currently looking for 3 full-time Desktop Support L1 Engineers for an onsite IT support opportunity in Eschen, Liechtenstein .

📍 Location: 9492 Eschen, Liechtenstein

💼 Position: Desktop Support Engineer – Level 1

⏰ Type: Full-time / Onsite

🗣️ German: B1/B2

🛠️ Experience: 2–3 years in Desktop / IT Support

What we’re looking for:

• Experience providing L1 desktop and end-user support

• Windows 10/11 troubleshooting

• Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams support

• Hardware and software troubleshooting

• Laptop and desktop installation and configuration

• Basic Active Directory support

• Basic TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and network troubleshooting

• IMAC and device replacement activities

• Experience working with IT ticketing systems

• Good communication and customer service skills

Candidates should be comfortable working onsite and communicating with users in German .
