Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot common problems with Outlook email clients and resolve issues related to email setup, configuration, and data recovery.
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of recurring issues and implement solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in desktop engineering or IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware components (e.g., CPU, RAM) and basic networking concepts.
• Proficiency in installing operating systems (OS) such as Windows or macOS.
• Experience with software testing methodologies and ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
