- Respond to client support requests
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and maintain hardware and peripherals
- Install and upgrade operating systems and software
- Resolve networking and connectivity issues
- Provide remote and onsite technical support
- Advise clients on hardware/software upgrades
- Provide basic user training and technical guidance
- Prepare job reports and manage supplies
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting
- Basic networking knowledge
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle onsite and remote support
